Vinyl Record Architect: Stephen Mejias' Room Treatments
Stephen Mejias' Room Treatments
I don't know how I came across this wonderful, personal and completely charming column by Stephen Mejias about his apartment, where he stores and listens to his records, the paintings and posters on his walls, the books he prizes, the knick knacks and bookends and plastic Jesus and the number two painting. But i love this piece and wanted to share it with you. I enjoy how all of his things have personal meaning and are deliberately placed. The place is not decorated, but mindfully inhabited. It has soul and I can imagine great warmth, a fun place to visit. Read and tell me what you think. http://www.stereophile.com/content/room-treatments
